(五) the Secretary General of the group exercises the following functions and powers:
1, conduct the daily work of the office and organize the annual work plan.
2, coordinate the work of various branches, representatives and entities;
3, the nomination of the deputy secretary general and the principal heads of the offices, branches, representative bodies and physical institutions shall be decided by the Council or the Standing Council.
4, determine the employment of full-time staff of the offices, representatives and entities;
5, dealing with other daily affairs.
(六) the president of the group exercises the following functions and powers:
1, convening and presiding over the Council and the Standing Council; convening and presiding the Commission on the education of the World Art Federation.
2, check the implementation of the resolutions of the members' congresses, the Council, the standing board of the Council and the Council of the World Art Federation;
3, put forward and preside in the consideration of the development policy and work plan of the group.
4. Preside over the important activities of the group.
